Has he been stepped on, fell or jumped from a high place? Maybe an internal injury? Did they look to see if anything was punctured in the xray? I am sure they did. Maybe they could check again or get an xray from a different angle. Did he swallow anything like a piece of a toy or poison? Maybe powder laundry detergent?
