I'm sure the USDA Certified Breeder is a joke everywhere! I used to breed Bichons & Siamese - I would never, nor would any other loving breeder, seek this certification.
Ok, I'm in Iowa and I have no idea who "him" is - maybe you could PM me & fill me in. I am hoping to become more involved in the protests at Petland & have been in contact with the contact person here in Iowa
