As far as breeders go
the best is someone who is breeding their own pet
stay away from breeders who have many many dogs at their site
They are likely puppy mills and those do terrible thing s to keep the puppys coming ... and you're likely going to get some genetic problems
When you do purchase your puppy
Know that it is a lot of work esp in the beginning
They are just like babies ... they cry they poop and pee in the wrong places
they chew and eat things that are dangerous
and don't understand the human language
But they are a joy .. and you'll be hooked from the start
