Ahhhh honey don't be scared....You say other then these 3 episodes he is fine, so just try to relax and think positive, you have come to the right place for information and support. Next you just need to have a blood work done and go from there, ok....
I would have a Full Complete Blood Panel done and a Bile Acid Test (BAT) done. Both can be done during the same Vet visit. Make sure they give you instruction (12 hour fast)
