You people seriously have NO IDEA how much your responses mean to me!!!!

The vet mentioned a possible liver problem to Shayne when he took her to the doctor today. She's not bumping into things anymore, pottying on her puppy pad, still walking a little drunk, but not terribly. She still walks the perimeter with her head down, but will look up if there's a new noise, or sometimes if we call her name. Doctor has us on a schedule working with Nutir-cal, as needed, food the vet gave us every 4 hours - feeding her with a syringe, and giving her water the same way.

When we fed her at 8, I held her and Shayne held the syringe with food on the end of it up to her just to see what she'd do, and she sniffed it, then licked it! We both about cried, taking this intrest in eating when we offer as a sign of improvement.

Then, when she walks, it's like she's trying to gagg herself occasionally, she puts her ears back, closes her eyes, and hunches over. After she eats, drinks, Nutri-cal...anything, I hold her upright for at least 10-15 minutes, patting her side, to help the food down. She did the gagging thing about an hour after we fed her, but this time she threw up. It was a little white foam, really clear with the littlest hint of yellow, with just a little food - barley any. She's definately keeping the food down, and is staying hydrated by the ammount she potties when she goes.... It's kjust the fact of getting her over this hump....

On a personal note: This is KILLING ME. After she threw up, Shayne and I were talking about how worried we are, and he said to prepair for the worst, which I refuse to do. To me, that's like if she makes it, great, if not, oh well. Like giving up on her, I REFUSE to do that. He's talking about if she's not better in a few days, put her down, no questions asked. I can't do that.... I'm not thinking like that. Not that I want her to suffer, but I want to give her body the time it needs to get back on track.... Sorry, had to vent a little, as our views are a little different, we aren't speeking at the moment..... I just don't know how this can happen to us..... We got our Lilly a month ago tomorrow.... This is just unreal.......
