I feel bad for this little puppy being so sick . I have heard that bumping into things, and walking in circles like this is a symtom of A liver problem. Their might be more issues going on with her besides trying to keep her blood sugar stable. Is food being offered to her at all times? Seems like she is having a hard time during the night hrs. I am very concerned about her behavior , because this is not typical actions.
