[Toby's Human]

HI All,
I was wondering what all of you do to get your dog to go potty outside when it is cold and maybe even snowing. Toby is almost 11 weeks, and I am wanting to get him ready to start going outside when it is freezing out. Plus I am not all that thrilled to have to go out in the middle of the night when it is below zero. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
