I always recommend and feed Royal Canin puppy (at petco) then after one year old Royal Canin Yorkshire Terrier food...if you decide to change the food mix it for the first couple days 1/2 and 1/2 then 3/4 royal 1/4 other then after one week about you can use only Royal...

some will say Royal puts too much weight I always say "the more the better"
