I just called her doctor, she's thrown up twice now, but it's been yellowy-water looking. Doctor said she's coming back from a low blood sugar that we just have to hope for no severe brain damage at this point, because she was practically gone this morning. I'm supposed to let her walk so her brain can learn to walk and avoid running into things, then hold her upright for about 3 minutes to help her throat, then let her walk and learn coordination again. I'm holding her now, and it's like she's having little spasms. She'll relax for a second, then her feet and head will all move at once as she tries to get away. She's just kind of a space case at this point....it is so scary, like she's possessed.... She was 3 and a half pounds, but the parvo caused her to drop a little, so she's now 3 pounds as of today. She's also almost 6 months old.
We haven't spoken to the breeder in a few days, we were getting through the Parvo first. We are calling her tonight to let her know of this. She is really nice and has said she'll do anything she can to help us. |
