Sasha weighs 5 pounds and dad is 3.5 pounds. Honestly, it has been a very good experience. I have not had any problems what so ever. All seven are healthy and doing great. I hear a lot of sad stories about unfortunate situations, but my experience has been absouletly AMAZING!!!! I was afraid that she would lose a baby or 2 because of different stories that I had read, but I say that every birth is different and so is every dog. I was also worried that Sasha would not be able to produce the milk that she needed to nurse her puppies, but with the help of the forums on here, I just gave her TUMS once a day and fed her Science Diet Puppy Food and her natural instincts did the rest. We are truly blessed. |
