Just because she has stopped vomiting doesn't mean she is okay since you say she is weak and just lies on the floor.
Lady had an episode of diarrhea a couple of months ago. I stopped the diarrhea with Immodium and she hadn't had it in almost 24 hours, but she was still weak and lethargic. I took her to the ER vet and they said her electrolytes were so off, she could go into cardiac arrest at any moment. She had to spend two days on an IV to recover from "simple" diarrhea.
