Shakiness would probably either be pain or maybe low blood sugar.

Even if you get her to eat, she most likely won't keep it down if she can't keep down liquids.
If she can do liquids, how about pedialyte?
You need to get her back to the vet or ER asap. Toy bred dogs dehydrate quickly and the electrolyte imbalance can cause cardiac arrest as Crystal said. She needs IV fluids to keep her nourished while her digestive tract rests.
