To the OP - we got our little yorkies at 6 weeks old due to some circumstances with the breeder. They are on the larger size (weighed just over 2 lbs each) which made it a bit less scary for us. So far things are going great. They do have each other, though, so that helps with the loneliness of leaving mom & siblings.
I'm still new to this as well, but feel free to ask any questions. Bringing home a new liitle one is scary sometimes. Please keep us updated on how it is going.
