Default Help....Throwing up!!!!!!!

Bella started throwing up last night at 3 am and kept throwing up every 5 mins for about 45 mins. She then calmed down a bit but then threw up a few more times. She was extremely thirsty but won't eat anything. I took her to the vet in the morning and she gave her a shot of something to help her intestine work right so she would keep throwing up and then she gave me some syringes with some kind of pepto bismol for dogs. Her temperature was low so she said it probably wasn't an infection.

I brought Bella home and she kept throwing up all afternoon about every 30 mins just water liquid stuff. She won't even keep down the stuff that is supposed to calm her stomach. I took her back to the vet this evening because I am so worried about her. The vet took Xrays which didn't show anything, then gave her a shot of antibiotics. She also got 2 infusions to help her and some more pepto bismol stuff. The vet said she is not sure what it is and I need to bring her back in the morning. She still has not eaten anything and is so thirsty but can't keep anything down. I made her take some nutri stat but she is so lethargic and has no energy. She is a little bit shaky too. Has anyone had this happen or does anyone have any advise on how to get her to stop throwing up and eat something?
