Just watch out. I'm from close to St louis and that is puppy mill central, there are alot alot of BYB. It sounds like that might be what he is since he is offering no vet care/shots/worming and at such a low cost at a young age. 5 weeks is right when they're starting to eat bythemselves and when the mom stops cleaning after them. Please read $500 yorkie puppy rescue on our post on the general section to see what we went through to save some puppies. I think a good breeder would MAKE sure she gave them those shots so she knows they got them instead of people who promise to. Just ask around, there are lots of good breeders around this site.
