that's exactly how i feel. that they cant tell us if something bad happened to them. that's why i always stay at the groomers with milu whenever i take her. it's a lot better now, i found a groomer that i feel good working with. (not good enough for her to take milu to the back though, because i can't stand hearing all the doggies back there bark)
they are not BAD groomers...i mean, not everyone has the exact same definition of what is too mean and what is not. my definition of what if too mean is very different from the groomers...otherwise, i wouldn't have to take milu to the groomers in the first place lol.
(also, milu wiggles too much when i try to cut her nails or trim her hair)
