If your yorkie is healthy, maybe it is just his personality. Some dogs are more laid back and independant than others. Some are more cuddly than others. Just to share, mine was not cuddly when he was a pup but now that he is older, he will come cuddle when he feels like it. As for kisses, he kisses everybody's face but mine and I am the one who feeds him, grooms him, walks him etc. Well he kisses my hands in the morning but that is about it. Have you tried putting treats in your hands and close your palm and let him search for it? Just an idea to get him to come to you and associate you with something good.
