God bless your sister and her little one! That was definitely a bad fall, but there is NO BLAME to be placed on anyone. It could've happened if she'd driven and gotten out of the car on a slippery surface.
As a Christian, I'm sure your sister knows that all is in HIS hands. I'll be praying for her and the baby today and will check for updates after work this evening.
Hang in there and be strong for your sister - I know from experience that there's nothing like having a sister on your side!
