Well he finally let us in, and the inside is a total mess. I mean it would take about 7000 to make it livable. I didn't expect a perfect house for 800 a month, but this was just horrible. How do we tell him nicely that we don't want to rent the place. We can't even fit all our furniture in it. I don't want to lose him as a friend, but I just can't see myself living there. The house I have now is very nice, and I just can't bring myself to living there. We met all the neighbors, and they are all so nice, and some even offered to help us fix up the house. I know my friend well enough to know he's not going to come off a penny to help us. Can someone tell me how to get out of this mess.
I'm sorry about the loss of your home But is $800.00 a good price?? I don't know, if it is you may want to rethink this. Also it's VERY good that the neighbors are nice, and they will Help??!!! Only you know how the house is, if you want to get out nicely just tell your friend your furniture won't fit.
