it's really nice that they let you watch it on the monitor.
i won't let the groomers wash milu because they take milu to the back room where i am not allowed, and all i can hear is all the dogs back there barking.
i don't trust them enough!!! so i always wash milu myself and bring her in for a hair and nail trim.
sounds like you found a really nice place to take twinkle!
here it's $15 just for a nail trim. and no TEA! lol
