I checked with Petsmart last time I was in there about drying my dog in a cage. They don't do this to him and/or sedate him, as they told me. Plus he doesn't act that way either. Some dogs they have to cage when drying, but I forgot what type or the situation. Maybe when the owners are gone for a longer time than 2 hours, like if they drop off in am and pick up in late pm. I don't know. But I do know that I am happy with everyone there.
