I would be livid!!! I cannot fathom how an experienced groomer could make a cut like that, was she freakin not paying any attention to what she was doing. Sounds like her concern in underwhelming, makes me wonder how many other "accidents" have happened
I"m also wondering if this is a common occurence since the vets office appears to be so condescending about stitching her up.
