Poor Dolly and poor you! I am so sorry this happened to you!
I just cannot believe this! This is just so wrong on so many levels!
Please make sure you report them! If they say its not a big deal, can you image that it probably happened to other poor doggies too! I am shocked at this whole situation. The vet had to notify you before any procedure is done. And by not doing so, it raises the questions about his/her practice.
