My Suzi is 9 months old and get car sick and very upset too. What I have learned is to start practicing with her. Let her go in the car while it is not moving... So she can feel more at ease , and the car is not a bad thing to be in. ALso, never allow your dog to ride in the front seat. Because, if their was an accident the air bage deploy and will kill your little dog. The same applies for small children. Buying a carseat and plaing your dog in the backseat is the safeest way to travel.
