We have been monitoring this situation. However, as of today, we have yet to receive one complaint from a member regarding products paid for and not received from yougetthesmiles. It is completely against YorkieTalk rules to sell items and not ship them, but we do give members a chance to rectify the situation if this does happen.

However, as we do not know who has ordered from this member and not received goods purchased, there is nothing for us to look into at this point. If you have ordered a product and not received it, we would suggest filing a complaint with your credit card company, your bank, the US Postal Service (for mail fraud), and with Paypal as well if the time limit for filing a complaint has not expired.

We suggest members file complaints with the above if they have not received their purchases within 30 days.
