Some easy lower fat ideas that I use all the time:
Baked breaded chicken tenders (I use brown rice flour to coat it)
Refried Beans (mash up 2 cans pinto beans with cumin/chili powder)
White Turkey Chili (use ground turkey and white northern beans and make chili with it like you normally would)
Rosemary Salmon (broil/grill/bake salmon steak with stalks of fresh rosemary and lemon slices on top)
A bowl of Japanese Miso soup has 35 calories (but you have to like tofu and seaweed)
