In life, we don't always get the opportunity to have some one special in our lives and we should never take friendship for granted. |
I totally agree! I have a couple of best friends, one that lives far away and I met her actually online and there are alot we disagree on but that has NEVER compromised our friendship. We accept each other for who we are and love each other as sisters even long distance! I have another one that lives in the same town and went to school together and we see each other maybe once or twice a year, actually we see each other more now but when it wasn't like that and we got together again it's like we never missed a beat!
I know I'm not perfect and neither are my best friends but I'm sooooooo grateful that they and I accept each other the way we are and see past our differences and I love them so much and glad we have mutal respect. I think that is the key to a great friendship is respect even through the disagreements
