I think that she should be given a chance to make things right too...but she started this thread 3 weeks ago and has made no effort to contact those still waiting for their orders to be fulfilled or suggested that she has any sort of plan to make the situation right. I don't she intended for it to get as bad as it has, but the result is the same, intentional or not. At what point do you consider that it has been "ample time" for her to sort out and correct the situation, especially given the fact that people seem to have been having problems long before this thread came about.
