I think I will try to get him to settle down when he sees the squirrels, and then go out and chase them after I (as pack leader?) have decided that they should be chased. Sound good?
I'm scared to death of him catching one--don't they have really sharp claws? How else would they climb straight up a tree? I don't think the squirrels have babies that he can reach--hope the squirrels don't think he can reach them either--I think they would be aggressive then.
