I was going to say the same thing Cindy did. If the doctor can provide documentation, then I believe there's nothing they could do regarding eviction. I'm not sure if you'd have to license your yorkie as a service dog, but I've heard that is not hard to do as long as you have a doctor's recommendation. Good luck!
