I agree with this--in the 15 years since moving in, you never did a new lease?? Is there any way to maybe get a copy of one of the other pet owners leases(to see if their's states any pet policy)?? Also--how high is your rent?? Is he maybe being an a-hole bc you are locked into a certain rate, and if he evicts you he can get more money?? I would also take pics of the cats--or old vet bills showing you previously had pets and it wasn't a problem. I am sorry that you are going thru this. Good luck.
