sounds wonderful!!    I will definitely try it.     My Mother always made her cornbread in an iron skillet and it gave it a scrumptious taste!     I love trying variations to different foods.     I'm 
really bad about trying new recipes [making them up as I go] and if it happens to be really delicious, I forget exactly what I put in it!!
