I probably would have said something like..."Well, no breed is perfect, but with good breeding standards, hopefully Yorkies will be perfected soon". I would then go on and ask "What breed are you interested in"? Don't change vets, if you love him and have confidence in him...a wonderful vet is not always easy to find.
