What a moron!!! I would tell the Veternarian what an unprofessinal clod he has working for him. If she's a Certified Vet. Tech she had 2 years of training then State Boards. Evidently she missed the classes on how to deal with the public. Sorry that you had to deal with her. There are just some people who speak without THINKING!!! Hugs,
