We had to rehome a lab once because my kids were young and he was hurting them...Jumping on them. ( My son almost lost an eye on the corner of an end table) Anyway the shelter rehomed him to a police officer and he lived a very loving long life. It turned out I know the family. But the rehoming was soooo hard! I know how you feel but in time it will be ok. She will be happier, you did the right thing.
