Default Obidence classes or training worth it?

just curious your opinions for yorkies! jackson is about 12 weeks old and he's by no means bad, he's a very well behaved boy, still working on the potty training obviously but he's young and doing pretty good. i'd really like to make him the best dog as he can get, mostly with just basic things. do you recommend obidence classes, petsmart training or a trainer coming to your house? or just working with him yourself? i'm definitely no professional at this stuff... but i just want to know if it's worth it to pay that money for it and if they remember it, etc. things such as walking on a leash properly, lay down, stay, come, not begging, etc. he knows sit! lol!
