When my dad was little, he use to tie his dog in the yard. One day he came home from school and the poor pup jumped over the fence and hung itself. (my dad never allowed a dog to be tied up again)
Sadly my dads ex girlfriend would tie her dog to the front porch and he kept telling her not to. Well the pup jumped off the porch and was found hanging.
I think it's good that you are not allowed to tie your dogs, but I think it was more common years ago. |
