Before making any decisions I would definately see the dog at the home. Look at the temperment of the dog, and check out any possible health problems. Ask for medical records too. If the dog has not recieved propper medical care, then be leary. I would be curious why the yorkie is being rehomed? Any behavior problems? I'd worry mostly about it's health and temperment. AND the age of the animal.
