Molly still has the odd accident inside and she is 3years old now. I think you just have to hang in there and keep working on it. The little pup will be able to pick up on your mood and if it makes her afraid, she will probably wee more. Be calm and matter-of-fact about things. Keep your best rugs in the cupboard till training is more advanced. make life as easy as you can while accidents are still happening...plenty of pee pads around the floor, so you can scoop your pup up and plonk her on one easily as soon as she looks like she is going to wee. It will get better eventually, but dont wait till your pup 'asks' for water...make sure it is always available.
And remember that when your dog gets to its twilight years, it will start weeing and pooing on the floor all over again....so you may as well get used to it now!!
