Understandable on how frustrating it is, but honestly, she is still very young... It takes patience & persistence and sometimes they take a long time. Deegan took about 1.5 yr to be completely fully trained where he didn't go in the house at all. It's not a reasonable request to expect a puppy that young to get it yet. Everyone on here has offered excellent suggestions to try. Talk a bit to calm yourself down - realize that she's just a baby still - and continue to train her. Maybe put some pee pads down in hopes if she's gonna go, she'll go on them, but be patient with her. Don't punish her for something she doens't understand. She'll get it eventually & it'll be worth it in the long run. Best of luck to you both.
