You do have to be carful!! Both selling and buying on the internet. People sometimes are not all what they say they are. When I sell puppies I send photos to the new owners once a week. Actually some buyers "check out" even after they send their money! I had one lady actually tell me she had two other dogs that are in the home all of the time (no kennel) and she was just looking for a pet. I researched her a bit and found out that she had TWO websites. One that sold cats on and one that sold three different breeds of dogs!! Needless to say she was returned her non-refundable deposit - I am SOOO happy that I added that part to my contract!
