I am sure there are many, many parents of children that were grossly disfigured from their cherished family pet that were perfectly good owners that might disagree with that.
Like I said before, I had 2 pits at 2 different times, both turned bad. My mother in laws neighbors 2 pits almost took her leg off, and my good friends dog nearly scalped her best friend. All of these dogs were in good families with good owners.
