I wouldn't even get the lepto shot again. Most dogs don't have a reaction to the first shot. It's usually the second or third shot that causes the reaction. Since he had a reaction to his very first shot, he could have a fatal reaction to another shot as his body has now built up antibodies to fight the vaccine.
