P.S. Almost forgot to tell y'all the details. She was showing all the signs of whelping most of the day but it was intermittent. Pant and whine for a while, temp went back up to 99.6, a little digging here and there. Nothing major though. So at 3 p.m. I decided that enough was enough and brought her into the vet. (The vet...that's another story...ugh). But anyway the vet told me she could do a c section but if it was too early the pups probably wouldn't survive, that I should probably bring her back home and wait for the water bag to show and bring her back in at that time. I told her that, if the pups were breach, I would probably lose at least one before I could make it back in and then it would be a crap shoot as to if they could wake up the on-call vet if it was late at night. I decided to do an xray and sure enough...breach. Did the 'C' and I feel it ended up being the right decision. Can't argue with the results can I?
