I would think that the inhaler prob works better, but you could try some caffine with it next time and just see if it helps. Also I've heard not to lay down if you are having an attack.
I also have this thing where I can't take more than one puff from my inhaler. If I do then I get really shakey and weak feeling. Are you like that at all? I don't think my sis has that prob. |
I feel weird and shaky right now and light headed. I really dont like this. I have been to my doctor several times and they arent much help. Its so weird though. All day my chest just hurts- I dont know how else to describe it. I dont know anyone who has asthma to talk to about it.
