I have it. Mine isn't too bad though. Mine is triggered by exercise and such and then also if I'm outside on a cool night. That cool night air seems to get to me as well. I used to swim a lot in high school so it was worse then. Caffine helps it. My sister used to have attacks fairly regularly in high school and if she didn't have an inhaler with her she would get a coke. I would think that the inhaler prob works better, but you could try some caffine with it next time and just see if it helps. Also I've heard not to lay down if you are having an attack.

I also have this thing where I can't take more than one puff from my inhaler. If I do then I get really shakey and weak feeling. Are you like that at all? I don't think my sis has that prob.
