First off.. I have to plead that you do not blame the agressivness on the breed of dog. The owners seem irresponsible and the dog you are describing sounds unstable, not viscious. TWo completely different things.

Keely was attacked 2 months back by a Large huskey and a Goat. We were in the back yard and she was attached to her lead and the dog came around the side of my house and jumpeed her while my back was turned (I was building agility eqiupment) Luckily the only thing that got hurt was me and the HUskey and goat, my girl was fine. I got rammed by the goat and I think i may have given both animals brain damage. They were always off leash and allowed to roam the streets and i shouldnt have turned my back even for one second. My point to the story is. Call the authorities because this dog could potentially hurt you or your future baby. Do NOT wait for something bad to happen before calling like i did. If something isnt done by the authorities kick up a fuss and they will listen. YOu just have to try. Trust me, i wasnt taken serious at first until i threated to turn to the local newspapers ad tell them how incompitent our police force is. They werent long seizing the animals from the rechid owners and finding them both great homes wher ethey could excell.
