Responsible breeders register with the CKC, AKC etc. Therefor they live by the breed standard and breed champion pups. And if tails arent docked, They cant be registered. Beleive me, Keelys breeder dont like it either, BUt she loves the breed and wants to "improve" it. Therefore she has to follow breed standard to acheive her goals
