Anyway, what I tried to say is what a disgusting, heartbreaking thing to do, and to say. Some people don't deserve to have pets, they should just have stuffed animals that they can throw away when they don't want them any more. She is a sicko!
It is an absolute insult to those of us who fight to keep out precious pets with us one more day, one more year.... as long as we possibly can.
