If you haven't already, I'd suggest getting Nature's Miracle or something similar -- that will clear up the pee smell, and remove any trace scent that might tempt your darling to mark that spot again.

If it makes you feel any better, here is my story: Thor is 2 1/2 years old. When I first started taking care of him, he was not fully housebroken, and I took him out eight times a day or more. I started gradually cutting back, and now I can take him out as little as three times per day.

However, if I play fetch with him indoors, he will pee, even if he has JUST been outside. He doesn't seem to think anything of it. He will lift his leg and go right in front of me. At the moment, I will only toss his sock one or two times so he doesn't get too worked up.

Also, this morning, I was feeling sluggish. I got up late, and decided to feed the dogs before I took them out for their morning walk. I started slowly getting ready to get outside, and... you know where this story is going, right? I found a puddle of pee in the kitchen and a pile of poop next to my door. The way I see it, Thor keeps me honest. We get out of bed together, I go to the bathroom, and then I take him to his bathroom. That's the schedule.

Also, this may be a little new-agey for you, but have you examined why you got so angry? Is it because you feel like your dog is peeing to spite you or something? I think if you can figure out what upset you so much, you'll be more likely to be able to control your anger, because it would be very sad if you lost your temper with your puppy. As others have said, she is still very young and will need time to grasp the whole pottying concept. I bet it took you a lot longer than four months!

This isn't meant to be judgmental, so I apologize if it sounds that way.
